Home-School Links
The relationship between parents and the school is very important to the education of the whole child, thus we aim to work closely together. Reports are sent to parents twice a year and parent/teacher meetings take place twice a year. Parents are always welcome to make an appointment to see the class teacher or the Headmistress to discuss their childs progress. There are regular school newsletters, class newsletters and an internal and external noticeboards to keep parents informed about dates and events. Parents are invited to various functions during the school year including assemblies, Masses, concerts, productions, sports day and prize-giving.
The school has an active Parents and Friends Association which organises various fund-raising events. All parents are automatically members and are welcome to attend any committee meetings. Members of the Committee are nominated and elected at the Annual General Meeting.
